After a career with the South Australia Police Department, Garry Schilling began a small-jet charter business in Adelaide, quickly gaining clients such as the Australian Federal Government and members of the Australian Cricket Team.
It was during his recovery of an aggressive form of cancer he saw people using helicopters to occasionally fly to restaurants and lunch. He realised there was an opportunity to expand on this theme, at the same time reducing the threat of RBT and arrest, spoiling the day for clients.
The idea to include transport to and from the helicopter with limousines, as well as pay for the lunch, would increase the ;enjoyment of the client
HELI LUNCH was born.
